These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BazaarOn.ai ("BazaarOn", "we", "us"), an AI-assisted marketplace that helps you shop groceries from local stores, including through AI assistants such as ChatGPT. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

BazaarOn helps you discover products from participating local stores, build a cart, place orders for pickup or delivery, and track them. Stores are independent businesses; BazaarOn provides the platform that connects you with them and, optionally, lets an AI assistant shop on your behalf.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place orders.

Orders and payments

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase the listed items from the fulfilling store. Availability, pricing, and substitutions are subject to the store's confirmation.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You authorize the applicable charge for items, fees, and any delivery cost shown at checkout.
• Pickup, delivery, cancellations, and refunds may depend on the policies of the store fulfilling your order.

Connecting AI assistants

You may connect a third-party AI assistant (such as ChatGPT) to shop and place orders on your behalf. When you do, you authorize actions taken through that connection and are responsible for orders placed via it, just as if you placed them yourself. You can revoke the connection at any time. Your use of the assistant is also subject to that provider's terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it beyond our published interfaces, infringe others' rights, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

BazaarOn and its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended. Product names and store marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that listings, pricing, or availability are error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BazaarOn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or from orders fulfilled by independent stores.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
